Supplying services to Subsidence Advisory NSW

Subsidence Advisory NSW (SA NSW) partners with suppliers to deliver a range of services to communities in mine subsidence areas.

There are two ways SA NSW establishes supply arrangements – through a prequalification scheme or other standing offer arrangement or by competitive tendering.

SA NSW’s Independent Assessment Scheme

From 1 January 2018, SA NSW is outsourcing assessment of claims for compensation for property damage caused by subsidence to independent experts.

SA NSW has launched a prequalification scheme for suppliers interested in participating in the new mine subsidence claims assessment process and other related functions.

A range of different providers from the construction and professional service fields are needed for the assessment of claims.

Further information about the Scheme is available at NSW ProcurePoint. Interested suppliers can register for prequalification on the scheme via eTendering.

Contract register

All contracts SA NSW enters into with the private sector valued over $150,000 are required to be recorded in the register of government contracts, which is published on the Government tender's website.
